Day 1: Arrival and B&B

Your personal driver will meet you at the airport and escort you to a local Bed and Breakfast owned and operated by an Italian-Jordanian couple and located in the artistic center of Amman.

Cancellation policy:

Refund or Cancellations Fees

The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified.

  • If Number of days prior to departure  is 20 days or more, then the Cancellation fee is full refund (minus processing fee)
  • If Number of days prior to departure  is 19-1 days, then the Cancellation fee is 50%
  • Day of departure, then the Cancellation fee is 100%

 Cancellation Policy for groups of 10 or more people

Because hotels and transportation providers require a non-refundable deposit for large groups, once you pay for your trip, that payment cannot be refunded. For a group of 10 or more people we require the following:

  • 25% of the total trip cost due 60 days prior to trip start date.
  • 50% of the total trip cost due 30 days prior to trip start date.
  • Remainder of total trip cost due 15 days prior to trip start date.

Trip Excludes:

  • Visa fees ($60/person)
  • Tips (guide and driver tips are customary at around $15 per day)
  • Personal expenses
  • Meals when not listed
  • Travel insurance (If you are interested in purchasing travel insurance, just let us know)
  • Flights
  • Anything not listed in the “included” section
