What's this trip about?
Tour Petra for 2 days with internal flights from Tel Aviv. Take an early morning flight from the Sde Dov airport in Tel Aviv to the Eilat airport. A driver will pick you up at 08:20 and take you to the Arava border. He will help you with the border proceedings, and a Jordanian driver will take you to Petra (2 hours). When arriving at the visitors center start the tour of Petra with your guide. Walk through the Siq, to get your first view of the famous Treasury. Continue touring 3-4 hours, and then stop for lunch. After lunch you will be taken to your hotel. On the second day after breakfast, you can go back in the Petra site on your own. At about 16:30 a driver will take you back to the Arava border, and back to the Eilat airport for your flight to Tel Aviv.
