"This trip was amazing. It far exceeded my expectations; everything was well organised, ran smoothly and I was looked after very well. I travelled on my own to join the group and was met at the airport by our tour guide for the duration, Allan. I cannot thank Allan enough for his kindness, consideration, effort, and absolute excellence as a tour guide. The holiday wouldn’t have been the same without his expertise, knowledge, and enthusiasm for his country and its wildlife. He went out of his way to assist each of us in the group, was very welcoming, helpful and he went above and beyond to make it the most memorable experience. Gustavo was our driver for the entire trip and again, he was brilliant. Very friendly, helpful, ensured everything ran smoothly and I felt very safe with him at the wheel. Thank you so so much Allan and Gustavo. For me, the itinerary was a perfect balance between being busy, with something to look forward to each and every day, with some downtime to relax so it didn’t feel too hectic. I got to see lots of amazing wildlife including birds, sloths, a tapir, coatimundi, monkeys, snakes, spiders, frogs, Iguanas, crocs and more. I loved Costa Rica. The people were friendly, I was lucky enough to join a lovely group of people on the tour and I would definitely recommend it. This was my first trip with Explore and I shall be booking with them again."
