Classic Inca Trail Itineraries
The Inca Trail typically takes between 3-4 days from start to finish. Many Machu Picchu tours that include the trail also include explorations of wider Peru before or after visiting the famous ruin city.
The shortest Inca Trail tours usually begin and end in Cusco, with a visit to Aguas Calientes in between. The longest - that is Peru tours that feature the Inca Trail - will often visit Lake Titicaca, Lima, and in some cases The Galapagos and Amazon Rainforest.
