Days 1-2, Athens: Get settled in Greece and acquainted with the antiquities of Athens before venturing off to the Greek Isles. Who can resist the pull of the Acropolis and Olympic Stadium. Hang out in the festive Plaka neighborhood to enjoy a true Athenian evening.
Days 3-5, Mykonos: Live the sybaritic lifestyle of a Mykonos local, soaking up the sunshine and sea for several days. Your small group tour guide will show you his favorite windmills, storybook cafes overflowing with tzatziki and olives and other hidden gems.
Days 6-8, Santorini: Cruise on to Santorini, that iconic isle of white-washed house and blue-domed churches. Days 9-11, Ios: On Ios, take advantage of the sea and try every watersport under the sun and experience the Hora party scene.

Day 3, Kilkenny, Waterford: Experience the medieval ambience of the 12th-century Kilkenny, then take an easy walking tour of Ireland’s oldest city, Waterford. You might choose to take a guided tour of the Medieval Museum and sip wine in the ancient Mayor’s Wine Vault or tour the Waterford Crystal Factory.
Day 4, Killarney: Go ahead, kiss the Blarney Stone and receive the gift of eloquence - it’s an Ireland must. With your small group, however, you’ll be able to get in there, give it a smack, and get back to your sightseeing without a lot of hassle and commotion reminiscent of larger groups. Join an expert boatman for a private cruise on the lake, then have dinner with your new friends in one of your local guide’s favorite favorites.
Day 5, Ring of Kerry: Take your time today, enjoying the picture-perfect Ring of Kerry and its beautiful beaches and charming villages. Shop for local handicrafts in Gap of Dunloe and visit a family farm to watch the sheepdogs in action.
Day 6, Limerick: Roll through the Killarney National Park countryside in a traditional car, headed to pretty adare. Then, move on to Limerick to explore King John’s Castle and the Treaty Stone.
Day 7, Limerick: Your small group tour guide will unveil the 700-foot-high Cliffs of Moher, far from the larger tours, where you can enjoy the view in peace and quiet. Marvel over the Neolithic tombs and stark beauty of the Burren and take a privately guided tour of Galway.
Day 8, Kingscourt: You’re in Ireland, so don’t pass up the whiskey! Your small group will have the opportunity to visit a local distillery where you’ll learn about the product’s heritage and craftsmanship and, of course, toast your exclusive Ireland vacation.
