If you only have one week in Uganda, exploring the great wildlife and landscape is a must. Taking a trek through the dense Kibale Forest National Park, witness some of the most magnificent creatures on the planet, and see the famous Gorillas of Uganda.
Day 1 -3, Kibale Forest National Park: After a delicious lakeside breakfast at the Kyaninga Lodge explore the crater rim. Enjoy a full day of exploring the Kibale Forest, home to some of the best chimpanzees.
Day 4-6, Queen Elizabeth National Park:Take a beautiful drive to the Queen Elizabeth National Park to spend 3 days at the Ishasha Wilderness Camp. Enjoy a day looking for elephants, buffalos, lions and leopard. Also take advantage of the opportunity to visit one of the local communities during your stay.
Day 7-9, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest N.P.: Driving through the majestic landscape of Uganda, otherwise known as the Switzerland of East Africa. Everything from volcanoes, waterfalls, lakes and dramatic mountain ranges. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest N.P. is home to the best Gorilla trekking in the whole world. Enjoy a full two days of hikes through lush green forests.

The ideal visit to Uganda requires two weeks, it is the best way to ensure you cover all the major activities and experience all that the beautiful country has to offer. Plus it offers enought time to also visit Rwanda!
Day 1, Uganda & Rwanda gorilla and wildlife safari: Transport from Airport to hotel for overnight.
Day 2, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary: Enjoy watching Rhinos taking naps, Safari to Murchison falls national park.
Day 3, Uganda Wildlife Safari in Murchison falls NP: Northern banks of the Nile River, open roof safari that allows for wildlife watching such as Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Giraffes and so much more.
Day 4-5, To Kibale national park: Take a 7 hour journey to Kibale National Park to witness the highest populations of primates. Also get a chance to see, red-tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys. Various species of birds.
Day 6, To Queen Elizabeth national park: Kazinga channel, boat safari, crocodiles, hippos, elephants.
Day 7, Transfer to Ishasha: Tree climbing lions, leopards, warthogs, buffaloes and so much more.
Day 8, Rwanda: Gorilla Trekking, Tree climbing lions, watch the sunset on the beautiful landscape of southern western Uganda.
Day 9-10, Volcanoes National park: Trek to see the rare mountain gorillas, enjoy pure Rwandan coffee, traditional dances. Golden monkey trekking.
Day 12, Nyungwe forest: Uwinka Visitor Center, Canopy walk, Monkey sightings, Forest trek.
