I don't think I can add much to what has already been said. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Yellowstone with Experience Park Tours. It was the best trip I've taken in recent memory. I love the beauty of nature and being with good people, and this trip combined both. It was excellent in every way. I especially appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was with my husband Larry who has some physical challenges/limitations. The staff were the very best in terms of their knowledge and expertise but also just good, kind people who were very hospitable and gracious. Thank you all so much for a memorable experience.

Bozeman to Jackson

My wife and I very much enjoyed our tour of parts of Oregon and Washington with EPT in early October. With three staff for just two of us, we were well cared for! They were all very attentive and pleasant. The scenery was often stunning. We especially enjoyed the Columbia River Gorge, Canon Beach and Mt. St. Helens. On one day, the staff prepared a nice lunch for us overlooking Smith Rock State Park. On another day, we ate lunch they prepared for us overlooking the Deschutes River in the Tygh Valley. The lodging was mostly very good and often historic. The bus was comfortable and our guide’s stories were informative and entertaining. We definitely recommend this company to others interested in touring this region.

This is an amazing trip. There is a lot of traveling but it is very much worth it, to get the opportunity to see the very best of Alaska. The scenery is spectacular, especially in early September as the colours were changing. We saw a great variety of wildlife and had some fantastic experiences such as sea kayaking and trekking across a glacier. The additional activities are expensive but definitely worth it, and if you can afford it don't miss out. As Alaska is relatively remote, we found the cost of meals expensive too, compared to the UK. Take bug spray, thermals, binoculars and a sense of adventure.

Best of Alaska

Alaska was an amazing experience and was one of the loveliest places we have seen so far. It was made all the better by our fellow travellers and our guide. Travelling around in the van although tiring at times was the best way to see the country. We highly recommend the glacier hike and the flight over the glaciers. When they say beware of the bears they are not joking , but what an experience

I have been on many whitewater adventures and this experience with ROW was TOP NOTCH! From initial contact to the follow-through after the trip, ROW provides a superior level of service. The beaches were phenomenal, guides were fun and knowledgable, and the food was fantastic! I would highly recommend this trip to everyone from first-timers who have never camped, to the seasoned professionals who appreciate being catered to. ROW IS AMAZING!

Salmon River Rafting

We absolutely loved out 10 night cruise on the American Constellation, round trip out of Juneau, AK this summer.  There were so many highlights - scenery, wildlife, shipboard activities, excursions, it's hard to pick a favorite. I think if I had to choose, my absolute favorite part was when the captain would announce that there were whales nearby, and then he'd stop and circle the boat around so we could see.  The guest lecturer we had was a marine biologist, and she would get on the PA and tell us what we needed to know about what we were seeing.  It was an experience you would never get on a big ship cruise.  The captain would also get us as close as was safe to glaciers, totem pole parks, and sea lions on shore.  Traveling on a small ship certainly has it's advantages in the inside passage!

The excursions were all good and accessible enough for most every guest.  We especially enjoyed the jet boat ride up the Stikine River out of Wrangell.  Our driver was so knowledgeable, he knew the river like the back of his hand, and took us off the beaten track, so to say, to see some amazing scenery and plenty of bald eagles.  We also enjoyed stopping in small towns - what a difference from the usual stops big cruises make.  The Alaskan people were very welcoming, we didn't overwhelm the small towns with hordes visitors, and we enjoyed just visiting their towns, and getting a glimpse of life in a small Alaskan town.  

Onboard, we loved the talks from the guest speaker.  She was particularly good, because she was not only knowledgeable, she was so enthusiastic about what we were seeing and her enthusiasm was contagious.  She was just as excited to see whales on day 10 as she was on day 1, and I do think we saw them most every day.  There were lots activities to enjoy - bingo, art classes, trivia games, of course, cocktail hour is always a hit, and evening entertainment.  Housekeeping was stealth and good, twice a day, and we never saw them work their magic because we just didn't spend a lot of time in our room.  Food was plentiful and delicious, three meals a day, two cookie snack times, and generous appetizers at cocktail hour.  Our room was spacious, and the best part was the really large balcony.  It was warm enough we sat out on the balcony taking in the beauty and playing cards several times on our trip.  Occasionally a whale or eagle sighting would interrupt our game :)

Would highly recommend ACL for your Alaska Inside Passage trip.

Southeast Alaska Cruise

My 11-day cruise on the Constellation, American CruiseLine, was fabulous!
Such a great experience. The small ship is the best way to really experience Alaska. I sound like a commercial! I can't say enough about how the captain was able to get us up close and personal with Whales, Eagles, Sea Lions and Bears. He literally went around in circles to give everyone a close-up view. The ship is beautiful.. classy, no bling just comfortable from the wicker oudoor seating to living room couches for entertainment and lectures. Our speaker, David, was fabulous! Food was also wonderful. I can't say enough. The trip of a lifetime.

Our Cruise with American Cruise Lines was totally awesome. I cannot think of one thing that I would have changed.
