Loved the whole Untours experience. Everyone I dealt with--whether at the stateside office or in London was friendly, helpful &amp; knowledgeable. Especially appreciated that when they said they would call back or take care of something, they did &amp; did it in a timely manner. The amenities listed in the brochure/on-line were as promised. The apartment in London could not have been any more convenient &amp; the assistance offered was at the level we wanted/needed. I have raved about our Untours experience to several friends &amp; hope to have a chance to use take another Untours vacation. I especially like the fact that you can get as much or as little help as you want/need.

The Queensway apartment was a wonderful spot to spend a week in London. The logistics for local transportation were great. The apartment was soooo comfortable and had great character. You would be hard pressed to have an experience as satisfying in a hotel. We especially liked eating in the ethnic restaurants on Queensway, the paintings at the National Gallery and Tate Modern, and our private tour of the Middle Temple with Ben.

This was our 5th untour and 4th Swiss Heartland Untour. We had decided it would be our final one and would explore other opportunities and countries -- until we had been in the Hasliburg for about 4 days. At that point, we declared we would return in two years, as usual! We can't wait to return! Every time we return we discover different adventures, and this Untour didn't disappoint.

The Switzerland - Heartland Untour

From our very first phone call to Untours we were impressed. Because of a wedding in Germany on the 22nd of October we did not know if we would be able to do more than 1 week with Untours. The staff jumped on this right away with a call back about emailing two of your long time renters to see if they would be willing to extend their season for us. What service! I think that we heard back within 2 days that we could do three weeks of Untours. So, we did our week in the Swiss Heartland, a week in Bavaria and our final week in Austria AND Pat and Kanna were able to attend the wedding. We have traveled to Europe a number of times on our own. This requires a lot more planning than taking a "group tour". Untours simplified our planning and yet gave us the freedom to plan our own activities and experiences on our own time frame but gave us the assistance in finding apartments, planning our transportation and other general support, if we needed it. We will be doing more traveling with Untours in the future and have shared with many of our friends and family our exceptional experiences with Untours. We only wish that we could have the same experiences in other places, e.g. New Zealand &amp; Austrailia, Iceland and the Scandinavian countries. We enjoyed everything about Untours. We can't think of a thing that would make it a better experience.

Very wonderful location and extremely nice apartment. Would have been nice to have microwave but not a deal breaker. Loved having Wi-Fi and being so close to gondola car up to top of mountain. Beautiful views from apartment. The hiking and dream books were excellent and extremely helpful. Our only comment would be the host did not converse well in English and this made some things a little more difficult but it did not interfere with our overall great experience.
