Jalala Ndossa makes things happen! having several years of experience in various aspects of the African travel industry. Having born, lived and grown up in the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro , he has a close-tie to wildlife and the people. His interpretive knowledge of wildlife stems from the early childhood having grown up close to many wild animals and remote areas.

Jalala Ndossa is a brave and pioneering entrepreneur with a true passion. Before founding AAA Express Adventures Company, he spent a number of years earning his stripes, both in wildlife tourism and Mountain Climbing. Jalala’s interests include photography, travel and his love for different culture, and having travelled extensively through East African countries!

Driver Guides

AAA Express Adventure employs approximately 5 professional driver-guides with an average experience of 15 years. We have very high standards when it comes to hiring and retaining personnel, and can say without reservation that these individuals are quite simply the most knowledgeable, hard-working and passionate guides in the industry. All of our guides are local Tanzanians, fluent in English, and most have advanced wildlife certificates. Course work includes wildlife ecology, conservation, field skills, identification, biology, and advanced tour guiding.

Emily Baridi is a Tanzanian resident born and raised in Kilimanjaro, Moshi area and he is of pare tribe. He has knowledge in Wildlife identification , flora and fauna. He has been working as a driver guide for almost 10 years satisfying many travelers from all over the world with AAA Express Adventure. Emily can speak English, Italian and Spanish. “Karibu Tanzania” as Emily loves to welcome people from all over the world.
