Africa Cycling is the brainchild of René and Anton van Veldhuijzen, two enterprising brothers with a shared passion for sports.
Traveling is in our blood. Although we have visited many countries, Africa holds a special place for us. We look forward to sharing our enthusiasm and knowledge with fellow adventure seekers.
Africa Cycling’s mission is to provide their clients with an unforgettable encounter with the authentic nature and culture of Kenya, from the colorful villages of the Masai Mara to the lush green tea plantations. Along the road and at lakes we encounter "friendly wildlife" such as giraffes, zebras, impalas, hippos, flamingos. We safely observe the "big-five" from 4x4 vehicles in game reserves.Africa Cycling aims to provide an active but carefree tour, tailored to the needs of the participants. The tour-master cycles together with the group and a safety car following at a short distance, providing aid to the cyclists whenever necessary. All accommodations are carefully selected to provide the maximum amount of comfort after a long day's touring and all meals are provided.
