Soon after we launched in December 2015 with a different name (we were called Hive Travel back then) a traveler named Kim landed on our site. As luck would have it, she was paired up with one of our first specialists, named Kim.

Kim and Kim hit it off instantly on our messaging system. Kim, our specialist who lives in Kathmandu Nepal, quickly put together a dream travel plan for Kim from San Diego, who was planning her 25th anniversary trip with her husband. Kim decided to book her entire trip on our platform and became our first customer! When we saw the two Kims being engaged in this passionate conversation, we couldn't help but think that we should do something more with this!
