Shadows of Africa

Natasa Fras first came to Tanzania in 2008 to study wildlife at Mweka College of African Wildlife Management.

During her studies, she fell in love with the country and decided to make it her home.

She started Shadows of Africa in 2010 and this passion project has since expanded to a company with offices in Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Zanzibar, South Africa, and beyond.

Over the past eight years she has assembled a team of like-minded people who have spent an extensive amount of time living and traveling around Africa.

With her son, Ty, she calls Arusha home to this day and continues to expand the Shadows of Africa family.

Unlimited Game Drives

While many other safari operators place mileage or gas limits on their game drives, Shadows of Africa offers unlimited game drives between 6 am and 6 pm every day of your trip.
