Yala Safaris is represented by Mr Mweteise  Godwin  who is the managing director as well as founder and owner of the company.  Godwin is born  in mbarara but raised in kampala and has since  2005 worked in the Tour and travel industry. He has experience of making itineraries and guiding trips through all of East Africa. He believes in the conservation of Uganda's beautiful nature as a trained naturalist and has a special interest in mamals. Godwin,s great character with old people and kids without forgettig the youth on safari makes him a complete guide with his favorite animal being the black and white colobus monkey and favorite bird being the braodbill
