"My wife and I spent an incredible 10 days in Kenya traveling to multiple sites (Maasai Mara, Samburu, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Lake Nakuru) on a wildlife photo safari led by Joseph. This was an amazing experience all around and as smooth as could be, from the excellent email/WhatsApp communications, being picked up at the airport, arranging for exceptional lodging and meals, bringing us back to the airport at the end of our safari, even arranging for the COVID test necessary to fly back. Each day was filled with wonderful wildlife and birds, which Joseph spotted with amazing eagle eyes! His knowledge of wildlife is exceptional, and he's a skilled and reliable driver, so we always felt safe. "What an incredible trip! I am so thankful to have planned my Algeria travels with Mosaic North Africa. It was packed with excitement, history, and sights. I was truly blown away by how much they were able to pack into my 12 days. Not a moment was wasted. When I arrived, the local guide team greeted me and were so kind. They worked at my own pace. They taught me about Algeria’s history, from Roman ruins to French occupations. Everything was pre-arranged, we even had police escorts in some places. My highlight was undoubtedly the 4-day desert camping. Very few can say they went so deep into the Sahara Desert. We traveled by 4×4 to see numerous ancient cave drawings, hike massive sand dunes, and camp under the stars… all the meals were delicious, cooked fresh. It was perfect. A time I will not forget, and I certainly could not have made it all happen on my own."

"My friend and I booked a 12-day/11-night trip to Cairo through Kemet vacations our representative Samy met us at the airport and guided us through customs and took us to our hotel in Cairo, Steigenberger, as was a very good Hotel for accommodation it was looking over the Egyptian museum, and every night we were walking around downtown for dinner and chill out m Samy usually was check with us about anything we need and check tour program day by day to give usually information do we shall need, it was a very good guy, thanks Samy Our guide Raouf was wonderful as I wrote an excellent review of him he was so nice gentleman was a most beautiful way of explaining the sights and the History, indeed he knows about his Country very well. Our cruise north on the Nile River on the Ms. Blue shadow was beautiful. It was a perfect cruise ship with a very friendly staff. In Aswan where we started our cruise, our guide engy met us at the airport and accompanied us up the Nile to Aswan. As an egyptologist and archeologist, she was a store of information. I know we could not see everything, but what we did see was awesome. Specially Abu Simple temple and the place at the end of Nasser Lake and the Nile it was so excellent experience and a totally great trip!!!!! Egypt is a must-do vacation."

"I booked with Tours by Locals on Jan. 31, 2019. We were on a cruise out of New York City. We were due to arrive back to port in the morning and booked this to fill our day before we flew out in the evening. Two days before our tour I received an email that our guide was no longer available and they would try to find another. They didn't and cancelled our tour that had been booked for almost 9 months."
