"Went on a 16 day Vietnam trip through this company. Excellent communication and everything went smoothly. English speaking guides were excellent. Hotels were as expected as requested 3 star ones. For our party of10 they organised buses with twice the capacity leading to comfortable travel despite the long distances covered."

"My bestfriend and I had this AMAZING trip booked to Thailand for my 50th birthday at the end of March. We planned to travel to 3 different cities in 10 days and had excursions and tours planned for every day through EXO Travel.......then Corona hit. Needless to say, traveling to Thailand was not an option. Across the globe, international travel was restricted/halted and flights were canceled. We contacted EXO about refunding our money and they flat out refused. They were not interested in the why's, details or circumstances, it was a hard NO. We each spent $1,500 on excursions/tours with this company and they refuse to give our money back despite the fact that there's a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC going on and travel into Thailand was shut down. We couldn't get there even if we tried!!! Entry into the country is STILL shut down for tourists and yet they refuse to refund our money. They are RUDE, UNCOOPERATIVE AND FLAT OUT UNETHICAL!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP THROUGH EXO TRAVEL!"
