Cairo for a few extra nights was also included in addition to the Nile cruse and that was a perfect timeline. I have also done the Splendours of Egypt many years ago with Insight. That was excellent too, although a bit longer. Both ae highly recommended as the tour guides are excellent and very knowledgeable. Egypt is fantastic."
