"My husband and I took the day tour from Rome to Naples and Pompeii. This tour allows you to tour Pompeii on your own or an option for a guided tour. The tour guild handles all transportation from the train station from Rome to Naples to Pompeii and back to Rome. The tour guide also takes the small group on a very informative and fun walking tour through the heart of Naples and exposes you to the local cuisine and shops. We had a wonderful time and it was something we would not have done by ourselves. I highly recommend this tour. There is a lot of walking and not easy walking. Come prepared."

"We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Gianni who organised a private tour of the Le Marche region for my husband and I. Arriving in Ascoli Piceno from Rome we relaxed into our 16c Hotel Palazzo with beautiful frescoes and a historic court yard, setting the scene for the historical sights and unique experiences ahead. Riccardo was our local guide, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his region. We travelled with ease to Pesaro, Urbino, San Marino, San Leo, Gradara sampling local produce and wines along the way. Travelling this way enabled spontaneity (we turned left, had a beautiful lunch in a country restaurant with a cellar that was built into a cave just below Mussolini’s hotel room!) and in each city Riccardo knew to inform my husband of the local caffe corretto inc., caffe Meletti, Moretta Fanese, Completo etc., We really enjoyed every day and evening - thank you !"

"Our Azores trip was excellent except for a bit of rain :-); The volcano hikes were spectacular and the side trip notes were very helpful. Doing the volcano hikes was fantastic, especially being high enough to see the Atlantic Ocean to the south and the north, beautiful! We also enjoyed the beach walks and walking to town from our hotel, Santa Barbara Eco Hotel. We stayed at the Santa Barbara Eco Hotel which was excellent. The room, property, pool and spa and services were all excellent. We enjoyed meals everyday at their restaurant which where all excellent. A very relaxing and restful and comfortable hotel. The restaurant at the Santa Barbara Eco Hotel is excellent as is there sister property, The White House, were we enjoyed a spectacular sunset and dinner one night. Your selection of this company “Singular Resorts” is a very good choice. We have been using Intura Travel / Walk Inn Provence since 2014 and will use you again in the future. I have recommended you to family and friends and will continue to do so. You have excellent information and support for travelers. "A year ago my family and myself took a sailing trip to the Greek Islands. We hired a skipper named Reinhard Fallbacher (Ray) for the trip based on a recommendation from a respected and dear friend but also based on his reputation and experience as an Edelweiss Tours team member. Regretfully, although the trip itself was very good and under the most friendly and cordial environments, this man was not accountable for the cash advances we made for the trip. Firstly, he never gave us an account (of any kind) of the trip’s expenses in terms of our deposit, as agreed upon. Secondly, he never returned the money that we were owed from our deposit (upwards of 1,500-2,000 euros). Thirdly, and perhaps worse of all, despite our many friendly and amicable attempts of sorting this matter out through email, WhatsApp texts and even phone calls, Ray has avoided for more than a year. I sincerely wish I wouldn’t have to involve Edelweiss Tours in this situation but I thought, both the company and fellow adventure seekers like myself, should be aware of this person’s behavior. I believe the tourism industry is based on trust and reputation and I felt compelled to convey this situation to others. Despite me and my family being extremely friendly, this man betrayed our trust and our friendship. Rodrigo Gonzalez Mexico City"
