"I just got back from my 6 day eco tour of Costa Rica and it was absolutely fantastic. The way the trip was planned out was perfect and everyone we came in contact with was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The hotels that were selected for my stay weren’t your typical tourist trap hotels. I felt that I got to experience the uniqueness of each location and enjoy the flora and fauna. All of the activities planned were top notch and this trip was an extreme value for all that was included. "I helped my son book an all inclusive vacation to Cancun and when he got there they had NO record for his reservation so he had NO room. Luckily we had a couch in our room so he ended up stay in our room. As soon as we got back we called and emailed them and all they are offering him is a credit for half the cost with Apple. WHY WOULD WE EVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN? THIS CREDIT WILL NEVER GET USED CAUSE I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM. SO DISSATIFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. So glad I was there with my son and he wasn't by himself in another country with no hotel reservations. Suck bullshit!"
