"I just got back from my 6 day eco tour of Costa Rica and it was absolutely fantastic. The way the trip was planned out was perfect and everyone we came in contact with was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The hotels that were selected for my stay weren’t your typical tourist trap hotels. I felt that I got to experience the uniqueness of each location and enjoy the flora and fauna. All of the activities planned were top notch and this trip was an extreme value for all that was included. "I have traveled on 20 different Rockjumper tours to all parts of the world. Every tour I have been on has ensured that cultural sites are included whenever possible. Their guides are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable about the birds of the habitat including their many calls. The guides are friendly with great personalities. Most are young and brimming with enthusiasm. Booking a tour with Rockjumper is easy and they offer many discount opportunities. The office staff quickly answer your questions and work extremely hard to make each tour run smoothly. They also offer Tailormade tours which will arrange a tour for you to anyplace your heart desires."

"They are just great!!! They have a no-nonsense ambience. The Dormitory is adequate, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, homely and had a good variety. The activities catered to our satisfaction. They are provided with lots of patience. Every staff member is so friendly and they ensure that you enjoy the outing. We were a family with people from all are groups. They took care of every individual needs. Our aged mother was made very comfortable, and they arranged a chair for her at every activity area. We spent almost two days and one night. And we enjoyed every moment. If one is looking for a good outing, this is the place. Total value for money. Above all it's the passion of the staff that makes them better than most places around Bangalore."

"I was very excited to support a Canadian company, but unfortunately, this trip was anything but blissful. The tour guide was unprofessional, incompetent, and inappropriate. He was reported in the middle of the trip because of how vulgar he was being with the girls on the tour. Guided tours are supposed to be a haven for young, solo travelers and, unfortunately, this tour was the nightmarish opposite. If you plan on booking a trip with this company, please dig into who your guide will be, how many trips they have done, and what kind of reviews they have had. Additionally, the accommodations, activities, and transportation included in this trip cost a sliver of what I paid. I completely understand the additional cost of paying the full-time guides, and the price of convenience that comes from a trip being planned for you, but unfortunately, I did not get my money’s worth with LBW. Following my friends and my dissatisfaction with the tour and the inappropriate guide, LBW’s customer support team was unfortunately slow to respond, disorganized, and inconsistent with their suggested solutions. Please, save your money, and book with another company."

"To me Cheepers is a10 star company. I love traveling and birding with them. The birding is outstanding, the bird guides outstanding, and the birders themselves are such wonderful people to be with. I like the casual, comfortable, non-competitive approach to birding. While our guides have unfailingly worked (and intensely) to make sure everyone sees the bird, I've never felt as if I were among high intensity birders who are competing either with others or themselves. And I can't remember a single trip where anyone was unable to see the bird. The price of each trip is what really appeals to my "retired budget." I've yet to experience any kind of lodging that was substandard; every place I have been, we've stayed at good places close to where we can get to the birds we want to see. The leaders are never intrusive or over bearing, yet are constantly aware of each person and attentive to each person's needs. Birding is hard work, yes; but birding with Cheepers is so much fun. I could go on but to use a very overworked word, this company is just plain awesome. It is my company of choice for any birding trip."
