"We purchased two backpacks from Rick Steves Europe. One of them arrived damaged and unusable. Their website says that you must contact them if you receive damaged merchandise. I have attempted to email them through their website and I have left 3 voicemails (nobody answers the phone, ever!) and nobody has contacted me back. At this point, it seems like I've been ripped off. Buyer beware. Extremely disappointed."

"Completely unethical booking situation. I requested a tour, submitted my CC info to hold the tour and tried to cancel it the following day. (My daughter broke her foot thus we couldn’t go). We were told the tour was not ‘confirmed’ but they still had to reach out to their local team prior to cancelling. The charge on credit card read pending. The intermediary company, Tour Radar, assured me that On the Go Travel would drop the pending charge. After a week or so, I got a generic email saying congratulations your tour has been booked. The full charge appeared on my credit card. I am livid. I am currently working with Tour Radar to drop the charge. Regardless of how this turns out, I will never ever travel with On the Go Travel."

"We used gate 1 for the first time for our travels to Greece. We were very impressed with the ease of travel. We were picked up from the airport and met our guide Angela/Άντζελα. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. By far the best guide I've had on an international trip. Gate 1 handled all travel from city to city and we didn't have to worry about booking hotels or carrying luggage everywhere. Would definitely book another trip."
