"We had a trip of a lifetime. Tim was very flexible in handling the planning of the itinerary. I wanted this to be a special trip for myself and my husband to celebrate our milestone birthdays and have always wanted to visit Italy to experience the sights, culture, food and warmth of the people. Tim was cognizant that my husband’s knees were not the best and so advised on the hotel proximities to the activities and events with that in mind. He also understood that I wanted to do this trip in as cost effective manner as possible and so was flexible when it came to allowing me to utilize our RCI points to book hotels and just advised on location. Tim passed the baton over to Alessio when it came to executing on the itinerary and Alessio did a marvelous job despite the time crunch given the trip was still within busy season of end of Sept - beginning of Oct. A week before the trip, my husband fell and damaged his knee but luckily was able to address this with an orthopedic doctor and we were able to proceed on our dream trip. We visited Rome, Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri island, Amalfi Coast, Florence and Lucca and experienced many of the activities and sites through private tours arranged through Amal Italia with the most knowledgeable, accommodating guides who worked together with the transfer personnel to make it all happen seemlessly. On trips to the Vatican, Uffizi Gallery and Pompeii as examples, the tour guides knew exactly how to condense the time spent to focus on the key highlights, telling the history while linking the intricacies and nuances of the artifacts being shown. Whether it was booking a cooking class in Sorento, visit to a vineyard, spa massage in Pompeii or a dinner overlooking the sea, Alessio did his utmost best to make this truly a memorable experience. We would not have been able to cover half the activities on our itinerary were it not for the very professional, flexible, knowledgeable and accommodating help on logistics and events through Amal Italia. "I recently took a trip to Kenya and I cannot imagine any other tour operator doing a better job. Let's start at the beginning. My flight from the US landed first in London and then a second flight was to have gone to Kenya. The airline nightmare began with AA being two hours late causing me to miss my next flight on British Air. BA had given my flight away before I got off the plan and had no acceptable replacement. I spent three days and nights at Heathrow airport forcing me to miss those days of my tour. I stood in lines hours long at the airport and my second replacement flight never left the ground after being held hostage in the plane for hours. I was ready to go home. My phone would not work much of the time in the airport, but I was finally able to contact Best Singles Travel. They figured out a way to arrange for a driver to meet me at the Nairobi airport three days after my trip began and take me to Samburu, a five hour drive where the group was then located. If it had not been for this effort in figuring out a way for me to meet my group then this trip would have been lost for me. And what a shame that would have been because once I finally arrived it was magical. I saw every animal as well as much of the countryside driving all over even with missing three days. The lodges were picturesque with monkeys playing on expansive grounds, wild birds and animals, beautiful colored geckos, mountains and streams in the background where the sun met a landscape expanding as far as the eye could see producing sunsets like those seen in National Geographics. Oh, did I mention the food? No US chemicals. Just organically grown and delicious. If anyone reading this decides to travel to Kenya then I hope you stop to see David Sheldrick's rescued baby elephants. I am grateful that Best Singles Travel and Patrick, our knowledgeable considerate tour guide, took the time, effort and resources to make the remainder of this trip happen for me because now I cannot imagine having missed it. This trip was organized, included lovely memorable hotels/lodges and attentive to our needs."

"I took "Red Belgrade-Communist Era" tour on corona times. From the first contact, staff took care of things in a very friendly, flexible and professional way. The tour I got was informative and fun, explaining not only Serbia but other Yugoslav countries. Fully recommended."

"I was very excited to support a Canadian company, but unfortunately, this trip was anything but blissful. The tour guide was unprofessional, incompetent, and inappropriate. He was reported in the middle of the trip because of how vulgar he was being with the girls on the tour. Guided tours are supposed to be a haven for young, solo travelers and, unfortunately, this tour was the nightmarish opposite. If you plan on booking a trip with this company, please dig into who your guide will be, how many trips they have done, and what kind of reviews they have had. Additionally, the accommodations, activities, and transportation included in this trip cost a sliver of what I paid. I completely understand the additional cost of paying the full-time guides, and the price of convenience that comes from a trip being planned for you, but unfortunately, I did not get my money’s worth with LBW. Following my friends and my dissatisfaction with the tour and the inappropriate guide, LBW’s customer support team was unfortunately slow to respond, disorganized, and inconsistent with their suggested solutions. Please, save your money, and book with another company."

"I went on this trip with some misgivings, as my only other experience with this type of tour was a winter Tauck Family Bridges tour of Italy, that was not a good experience. Well, I am SO glad I went, as my daughter and I had a marvelous time. Disney did an amazing job of organizing this trip - I still can't believe how much they managed to fit into essentially 8 days. I also can't believe how much fun it all was! The guides were tremendous. First of all, unlike Tauck (where we traveled with one tour manager), here we had two guides with us the entire time - one a licensed guide in Greece (i.e., a native, very knowledgeable about the country and able to really take us through the historical and archaeological sites) and the other an American who has been guiding in Greece for years. The interaction between the guides was very warm, as was their way of relating to the guests. This was a complete contrast with Tauck. Here people really got to know each other, the young people had a great time with each other, and, of course, Greece itself is just magnificent. I will certainly travel with Disney again!"
