His suggestions and recommendations outside the organised itinerary were extremely helpful and helping us to understand the protocols, the rules and the culture was great. My only criticism of the tour relates to the free day in Tokyo - the brochure perhaps leads the the traveller towards the long day to see Mt Fuji … We chose not to do this trip and instead spent a wonderful day in Tokyo.
