"Just returned from Miramar hotel in Bellaria great holiday , lovely Room but are at the back of hotel ,so if you want to see the great view of the Adriatic you need to upgrade before you go as there is no chance of this when you are there ,hotel was full ,food was good lots of choices but on one cake or fruit for sweets most hotels we have been in Italy they have ice-cream for deserts ��, they give you beach towels which we used and went on the great beach opposite hotel 15 euros for two beds and brolly �� we had a great time"

"We booked an Emerald Waterways river cruise a year ago and paid in full to get a discount. A river cruise was on our bucket list and our travel agent raved on and on about Emerald Waterways. Fast forward to 2020 and the pandemic hit the world hard. We fully expected the cruise to be cancelled and just yesterday it was. I knew that per the terms and conditions that if Emerald cancelled the cruise we were to be offered an alternate sailing date or a FULL refund. BUT, the letter I received said they were "suspending" (not cancelling) all sailings and if I didn't want the future cruise credit I could cancel under their standard terms and conditions. If I cancelled then I would lose a $1,000 deposit! This is a bad faith offer in my opinion. I am so upset with the way this was handled. I understand we are all suffering from the pandemic but Emerald Waterways needs to step up and do the right thing. Rest assured I will not be a future customer of Emerald Waterways."

Amazing staff, gorgeous staterooms, a welcoming and comfortable sun deck and saloon bar. The ship is beautiful and was the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. "My trip was the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Oct 2023. The balloon fiesta was fabulous. Mike the driver was awesome. Our tour manager Jolie started out great, however, as the days passed she encourage travelers to go off on their own which changed the touring times for everyone else. The last day was a disaster, one lady was left behind because Jolie didn't do a head count. More stops were added so other people could leave the tour and go places on their own. Twice in the afternoon Jolie lost track of how many people were on the bus, she told customers to look around and report if someone was missing. She laughed on the bus intercom about how she didn't know how many people should be on the bus. A Mayflower rep stated that she was a favorite manager so nothing would be done. Most of these tours are attended by seniors, we need responsable employees to keep track of who is on the bus and who is not. She encouraged travelers to leave the tour and lost the ability to keep track of customers. Reckless..."
