"BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has a policy that if THEY cancel your trip…THEY get to keep your money and you get a credit the company. They cancelled my first trip..found out the hard way about their policy. Booked a trip…then had left over money so booked another…which they cancelled…again. Surprisingly…this time they offered a refund, but only gave me back the money I had put down…not what was left of “my credit”. So now I am forced to do business with a company I no longer wish to, that picks and chooses when to follow their own policy!! There are plenty of other travel agencies with similar tours…don’t give these guys your hard earned money for them to keep."

"The most beautiful holiday country I have ever visited All that I've seen, far exceeded my expectations. Especially the gorillas. We had a fantastic guide Anthony Kato. He brought us each day along bumpy, smooth and non asphalted roads to our lodge. Most lodges I found good. Our guide has told much about Uganda, such as habits, tradition, the population and so on. Thought it was clever that he knew a lot about the animals in the park. I got through his explanation a very different and positive image of Uganda. "We traveled to Rwanda with the sole intention of going in search for the gorillas. I can only say that its been the best experience of my life. Anyway, we knew that the Virunga Lodge was going to be our base camp but we really dind´t know what to expect. I usually do my research before going out search of new adventures, but in this case, i din´t. This "somewhat rustic" hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, the food delicious, the room was perfect but in my opinion, all of this great attributes were somehow diminished by the espectacular views of the lake and the volcanoes from almost every corner of the hotel. I truly recommend this hotel along with the gorilla trekking experience."
