"A year ago my family and myself took a sailing trip to the Greek Islands. We hired a skipper named Reinhard Fallbacher (Ray) for the trip based on a recommendation from a respected and dear friend but also based on his reputation and experience as an Edelweiss Tours team member. Regretfully, although the trip itself was very good and under the most friendly and cordial environments, this man was not accountable for the cash advances we made for the trip. Firstly, he never gave us an account (of any kind) of the trip’s expenses in terms of our deposit, as agreed upon. Secondly, he never returned the money that we were owed from our deposit (upwards of 1,500-2,000 euros). Thirdly, and perhaps worse of all, despite our many friendly and amicable attempts of sorting this matter out through email, WhatsApp texts and even phone calls, Ray has avoided for more than a year. I sincerely wish I wouldn’t have to involve Edelweiss Tours in this situation but I thought, both the company and fellow adventure seekers like myself, should be aware of this person’s behavior. I believe the tourism industry is based on trust and reputation and I felt compelled to convey this situation to others. "I went on this trip with some misgivings, as my only other experience with this type of tour was a winter Tauck Family Bridges tour of Italy, that was not a good experience. Well, I am SO glad I went, as my daughter and I had a marvelous time. Disney did an amazing job of organizing this trip - I still can't believe how much they managed to fit into essentially 8 days. I also can't believe how much fun it all was! The guides were tremendous. First of all, unlike Tauck (where we traveled with one tour manager), here we had two guides with us the entire time - one a licensed guide in Greece (i.e., a native, very knowledgeable about the country and able to really take us through the historical and archaeological sites) and the other an American who has been guiding in Greece for years. The interaction between the guides was very warm, as was their way of relating to the guests. This was a complete contrast with Tauck. Here people really got to know each other, the young people had a great time with each other, and, of course, Greece itself is just magnificent. I will certainly travel with Disney again!"

Kevin, our guide, was also terrific and the organization of the trip was impeccable. Highly recommend this trip or any other Northern countries with Kevin."

"This was the ultimate vacation. I cant wait for the opportunity to go back again. Great accommodations and fantastic food. Above all else, the service you receive from each and every employee is first class. Horseback riding is definitely a must. Rides are based on experience level so whether your a newbie or experienced rider, you will enjoy yourself. They pair you up with a horse that you will ride for the duration of your stay. After a day of riding you can go relax your aching muscles at the spa, which is made up of tents situated by the river. My first thought when I saw them was that it was going to be rugged. Boy was I wrong! The ultimate in pampering and luxury all in a rustic setting. Dont forget to book yourself a soak in the copper tub after you enjoy a facial, scrub or massage. This is a place my husband and I cant wait to go back to."

"We had a fabulous time! The ship was really well maintained. The staff seem to go out of their way to be friendly, get to know passengers, help out whenever necessary. The Cruise director Kamel was brilliant, the captain and crew were a visible presence. Loved the food, always fresh. Lovely baked goods and so nice to just have a never-ending supply of house champagne, wine and a good range of cocktails. Mick Fogg was in charge of the group of naturalists who took us out on our daily zodiac trips. He has a great group of smart, well educated people who made it all so interesting. Every evening there was a recap of that day and a summary of the following days activities. It was all explained to us very clearly and all the zodiac groups were super well organised. The guides went out of their way to show us anything they could find: crocodiles, birds, turtles, fish, sharks... All up, BRILLIANT TRIP!!!"

"Our Azores trip was excellent except for a bit of rain :-); The volcano hikes were spectacular and the side trip notes were very helpful. Doing the volcano hikes was fantastic, especially being high enough to see the Atlantic Ocean to the south and the north, beautiful! We also enjoyed the beach walks and walking to town from our hotel, Santa Barbara Eco Hotel. We stayed at the Santa Barbara Eco Hotel which was excellent. The room, property, pool and spa and services were all excellent. We enjoyed meals everyday at their restaurant which where all excellent. A very relaxing and restful and comfortable hotel. The restaurant at the Santa Barbara Eco Hotel is excellent as is there sister property, The White House, were we enjoyed a spectacular sunset and dinner one night. Your selection of this company “Singular Resorts” is a very good choice. We have been using Intura Travel / Walk Inn Provence since 2014 and will use you again in the future. I have recommended you to family and friends and will continue to do so. You have excellent information and support for travelers. Fantastic trip to the Azores, it was a highlight of our vacation to Portugal."
