"They were professional. There was a hiccup at the end. Chile lost power and the group had to rebook airfare for the next day to get home. Since, Trafalgar booked my airfare originally they were responsible to rebook it. When I called them they didn’t have a clue we were having a problem. The tour guide told me I was responsible to rebook. Trafalgar rebooked me and the tour guide got me a nice room and meals for free for the night."
