Accused me of lying about when my flight landed and why no one picked me up. THeyy told me my flights would have been better "had I used Gate 1 to buy the flights"
Guess what? I did use Gate 1 to get the flights. They canceled a trip, I rescheduled it, but they no longer gave me the single supplement waiver I had with the first trip. Lots of extra $$. NEVER AGAIN

Thomas Morales (Tommy) is a fantastic tour guide. He is highly knowledgeable of all the areas we visited, extremely helpful, nothing was a problem, guided and advised us, helped with border crossings, had restaurants booked, carried bags, and gave you the feeling of safety, that he knew what he was doing and was taking you on the right path. A pleasure to be with for four weeks he made the experience wonderful. Thank you, Tommy!

Central American Explorer

Very good tour made extra special by a brilliant leader - Tommy Morales. Highlights for me included Bocas del Toro, zip wiring in Costa Rica and the colonial cities of Granada, Leon and Antigua. The one negative comment I have is the communication and support from the UK office with regard to the Honduras visa situation was poor.

A very enjoyable tour with an excellent and informative tour leader who always went the extra mile to ensure things ran smoothly. Perhaps the only criticism is that it needs to be stressed in the trip notes that although crossing the Gulf of Fonseca by boat is an adventure it’s going to be rather wet.

We were lucky to have a highly experienced tour leader in Tommy Morales. He had to contend with various hiccups along the way (e. g the coach driver having an accident on the way to meet us in El Salvador) and he did this seamlessly, always with good nature and humour .

Our tour leader, Tommy Morales, was excellent! He was well versed and prepared during travel, restaurants and rest stops, cared for all 15 of us, and was always ready with a plan B in case of a travel problem. The only issue was the bus - we were crammed in there like sardines and when you consider the length of the tour the busses were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Also, as most of the tour participants were on the older or elderly side, having regular baggage delivery and collection would have been worth a fee (there were a few of the hotels where bags were collected). But based on what we paid for the trip and the itinerary, it was well worth it.
