QWERTY travel did an awesome job of planning our trip.  After speaking with Constance she offered a couple of optional itineraries.  We worked together to tweek them to our specific desires. Our trip was designed just for the two of us and was a total of  25 days.  Constance was always available and easy to work with.  She planned our trip perfectly and everything went flawlessly.  All of the transports and optional excursions were prompt for pickup.  The guides spoke good English and very knowledgeable.  While on our trip we reached out to Constance to book an additional excursion for the following day which she promptly completed.  I cannot say enough positive things about this tour operator and it’s agent.

The nicest part of traveling with you was the prompt replies we received from the start of the planning process all the way through the trip. We were able to make a last-minute alteration, and you saw to it that it was carried out. Thank you for being available to us during our vacation when we needed clarity!!! Knowing you were only a text away was really reassuring. All of the hotels were excellent. I'm not sure whether there was a standout. Excursions are the same way. They differed somewhat, and the guides were significantly different. We had a great time on the morning excursion we added in Atacama, albeit the climb up the hill was a bit difficult.

Dear Lujan, We returned from our vacation to Argentina, which you organized for us, two days ago. I would just like to say a big thank you for your help; we had a wonderful time and came back feeling that we had a very good picture of your amazing country : the variety, the sheer vastness and the (mostly) happy attitude of the people towards life; I would also like to comment on the excellence of all the guides we had - Tina in BA, Chris (I think) in Tierra del Fuego, Celia in P Iguazú and Eduardo in Salta who drove us many hundreds of kilometres with great skill and patience. They were all very knowledgable and jovial, and they clearly like their jobs.

Everything went smoothly, and the places I stayed were excellent, with friendly employees and delicious meals - nothing was too much bother. Travel and pick-ups were all on time, and I had no issues. "We just returned from a 3week South America trip. It was great.
We searched on internet and learned about Say Hueque. We decided to travel with you because the comments over the 6day trip Attacama-Uyuni were really good.
I would say our highlight were the good guides who gave lots of information. We only stayed in e one hotel, the Don Tomas hotel in San Pedro. 
We had short excursions and one large: the three day 4wd to Uyuni. The El Tunio exursions was great. Early to get up but worth it. The 4wd tour was awesome with highlights and depths (the overnight stay in the refugee: ‘basic’ accommodation was an understatement). Although an experience, it took many hours to recover from it.
I forgot the name of the guide to the El Tunio geysers – he was awesome (I believe he is an San Pedro artist). He gave lots of information, in Spanish and English and full of humor
