Super Travel agency for SouthAmerica
We used Across Argentina twice in 2018 and 2019 for planning our trips to Argentina. The second time we had a super complicated trip starting in Pantanal/Brazil, to Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and back to Argentina. 

Across Argentina arranged all flights, pick ups, activities and hotels to perfection. 

We went on Stella Australis cruise for 4 nights from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia, and we loved it. Super expedition cruise, with a super team, great food and an open bar. We even were lucky to land on Cape Horn, before the weather got too windy. 

Besides this cruise we also visited Peninsula Valdes and Salta.

Everything worked as planned, in case there were some questions you have a WhatsApp number and Lilia did everything to come up with the answers super quick. Evenearly in the morning or late at night. And inbetween inquiring if we were okay :-)

We would recommend Across Argentina to everyone looking for an efficient travel agency with great knowledge about this destination. In case youn are looking for some more unusual experiences, just ask them and they will arrange it for you.

A jam packed, interesting fun 2 weeks in Cuba. The itinerary is varied between cultural activities and beach days and nature hikes. Thanks to our incredibly knowledgable tour guide Joan we learnt a lot about Cuba. Accommodation much better standard than I was expecting. A few long driving days as stated in the itinerary.

I concur with Halina's review comments. Cuba is a fantastic country to explore and the comprehensive tour (thanks to Alberto the Tour Leader) gave a detailed insight into many aspects of its history, the current economic difficulties and its natural beauty. I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit.

A very interesting trip exploring most of the island.
The ground covered necessitated long hours in the bus some days, but that shouldn’t come as a surprise if you read the trip notes.  The journeys passed quickly with scenery, communities, cars and horse and carts to watch as we passed, and there were frequent breaks for sightseeing, toilets and food.
Supplies are limited in Cuba, so mostly the food is nothing special.  There were, however, some restaurants in Havana which were excellent and surprised us with the choice and quality of their dishes.
The old colonial towns, such as Trinidad, are wonderful places to visit with colourful and ornate buildings.  There is lots to see in Havana, with museums, the old town and the faded elegance of a large number of the buildings and, of course, not be missed, a ride in an American classic car.
A lot of the hotels are fairly simple and the camping is basic, with some of the tents not being big enough for two to share comfortably.  Also, at one of the haciendas the facilities were minimal with only one female toilet and one male toilet, and a shower which was a pipe on a tap, which was just about workable as we were the only group sleeping there.  However, for me, one night’s camping would have been enough and either day’s walks, in the beautiful countryside, could have been done as a day trip from Trinidad.
Our Casa Particular was very nice, clean and well furnished, but it didn’t give us any insight into local life as it was just like staying in a guest house or B&amp;B and we had no real interaction with our hosts.
Our guide, Alberto, was very good, friendly and helpful, but we did feel he could have volunteered more information about various cultural and social aspects of the country.
Our driver, René, was excellent, very careful, very safe, and always cheerful.

The tour Cuba Libre despite of a very difficult economic situation in the country is a fantastic way not only of enjoying the hiking, sightseeing and resting but a very good way on reflection on the past, present and the future of the country. Thanks to fantastic guide Alberto and remarkable driver Renee, we were able to see the whole country. The guides in mountain left us with absolutely unbelievable knowledge about the nature and history of Cuba. Alex was able to attract the national bird so we could even be able to take a picture of it. I would recommend this tour to everybody who are looking for adventure and have interest in history, nature and people of Cuba. This is the country where people live in rich natural beauty along the one of the most fascinated history.

I loved the country and realised we hit some unusual circumstances with weather events and no electricity. So did not get a true representation.
The trip information needs updating regarding the hours in a vehicle and the walks difficulties. Very hard.
The guides need to be given the autonomy to tell clients not to do some of the walks. Not just say you have a choice without giving context.
Because of going on a morning walk only two people could go to the waterfall , etc , which was a highlight we all wanted to do but couldn't as exhausted and had had falls.
People should know it is not a gastronomic holiday.
I would slimline the trip. Giving a couple of days at more places.
However I do not know how places like Camuguey would have been with electricity . Deserted and nothing open, so flavour of country was missing but hours driving just to see a square  not pleasurable.
