The 5 days that we were part of the tour were organized and lots of fun. We completely missed Vienna the first two days, and joined the tour as it was leaving. We had to leave Lucerne at the end of the trip, before the transfer bus was available, since our flight was in the very early morning. We had to pay for our own taxi. It made for a very stressful experience.

Hotels were nicely located for getting to the Christmas markets and exploring on your own. Bus comfortable and each daily drive not too long. Great itinerary and optional excursions offered.

Hotels are located outside city centres (understand why), would like to have had more information on restaurants around hotels
