We went on the Galaven Yacht for the 8Day Itinerary B trip in November 2016 and absolutely loved it. Great value, all inclusive, and glad we chose this package for our trip. Sebastian and Carolina were extremely helpful putting the tour together to South America. "We recently booked an extensive two week trip of Argentina and Chile through Across South America We approached the company by email (in English) from Australia and advised them what our interests and budget were.
They then came up with a wonderful itinerary which covered our interests perfectly. They chose excellent hotels and scheduled internal flights and airport pick-ups, etc perfectly. Everything ran like clockwork.
We paid from Australia using the companies secure payment providers. We had no issues at all with the payments.
We were given a contact within the company who kept in touch with us (using WhatsApp) while we travelled. Our contact was always happy to answer our questions (which were sometimes asked outside of normal working hours).
We can strongly recommend Across Argentina as a secure and highly experienced travel agency. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

Colombian Getaway

Our trip to Machu Picchu was amazing, difficult to describe, it was so impressive.  SA expeditions was excellent and over the top with its organization, pick up service, we never had to give those details a thought.  Could just enjoy ourselves.  Our accommodations were lovely, very comfortable and every stop along the way was well tuned. The best part was our guide - Johann.  He made the trip for us, he is an ambassador for Peru, answered our many questions - which were endless - and took into account our age - twice his, with the physical aspects of the trip! I highly rec this agency for anyone taking a trip to South America, would use again.  Thank you for a memorable trip.

No words are enough to describe the fantastic experience we had in Peru thanks to Kuoda. A few things that rush to mind are the promptness and attention during the booking process, the methodical details provided before the trip, the welcome and attention to details during the trip, the access to special places like the home of the Aliaga family, the picnic at Moray and the list goes on.  On top of that we have presence of ever smiling group of Kuoda folks and the special attention by Mery Calderon. It was like living a dream which ended when we left Peru. It will be difficult to forget folks like Boris, Juan, Liseth, Bartolomew (Lima), Mery and you.
I really cannot think of any areas that need improvement although I did mention to Mery that the hotel at Aguas Calientes is noisy especially if you are not on the river-side.

Thank you to Kuoda Travel for arranging such a marvelous vacation to Peru. We had a magnificent time with our personal tour guides and drivers. The details and personal touches made this very special. We felt as though we were their only guests. Each of the guides and drivers seemed to be hand-picked for us. I can’t say enough about Evelyn, who was with us for most of the trip. Her vast knowledge of the sites and Peru were just amazing. The entire time, we felt as though we were guests in her home. Ronaldo, our primary driver, was the happiest and kindest person that we met along the way. He was there for us whenever we needed anything. The car door was always open and waiting and there was always a bottle of water for the ride.
Daniel, who picked us up at the airport from our initial flight, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He wouldn’t leave until we were checked in and on our way to our hotel rooms. Jaime, who took us on the culinary tour of Lima was very special. The Pisco Sour lesson on the beach was a great way to start! Bart started our trip out perfectly with a wonderful tour of Lima. The Larcos Museum was just amazing. Lillian who dropped us at the airport and then picked us up again, couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our flight being late on the last day didn’t deter her from making all of the right choices for what we should do.
Jason was the man who kept it all moving and kept us on time and on track. We couldn’t have gotten so much done without him.
We will never forget the meals in people’s homes, straight from their gardens or the trip to meet the highlands family who showed us each stage of creating Alpaca scarves, sweaters and bags. The tea, potatoes and cheese in their home was very special. Be it climbing Macchu Picchu, touring the market at Pisac, visiting the agricultural terraces at Moray, wandering through the town of Maras, climbing about the salt pans, Evelyn was full of energy and smiles.
Kuoda did everything right and made this the most special trip. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
