Employ a more effective guide. She picked us up at the airport and suggested we tip the driver she hired. She immediately made excuses for the restaurant when my wife's lunch wasn't as described in the menu. When we left Bird Street and the flower market, we waited fifteen minutes in extremely humid weather (it had been raining) for a bus to the harbor. The itinerary said she would "hail a cab for a quick ride down to the harbor front." We did not "visit the simple apartment of a Hong Kong expatriate..." and were returned to the hotel at 2:45 PM. Her demeanor was artificial and non-caring

Thank you Alexander + Roberts for a wonderful trip to Jordan! We enjoyed every minute in Jordan and our visit to Jerash was WAY more than we expected - it really WOWED us. Petra - well what can we say besides you have to see it to believe it. Truly met and exceeded our expectations. The meet/greet and transfer in Cairo was over the top - being met at the arrival gate by your staff , assisted with visa and passport control, then being driven to the ship in Alexandria was just what we needed. You folks are the best, THANK YOU Jeff and everyone else that worked on our privately guided tour.

I would use Untours again. Everything was so well organized, we had all of our reservations made, Dee sent us all the train time tables that we needed, and I even got a list of doctors in the area because of my health conditions. I was completely satisfied and impressed. Such excellent service is rare these days. I loved staying in spectacular Kandersteg in perfect accommodations.

The Switzerland - Oberland Untour

Wonderful vacation. Fell in love with Switzerland. We loved living in Kandersteg and using public transportation. Also loved visiting the local and unique surrounding valleys.

On our walks and at meals, mostly at the 2 fabulous restaurants in Ardersier, we met and had long conversations with residents. We also had time to observe the flora and fauna, note the birds, like the oystercatchers, and their ways, the weather, and habits of Ardersier residents. So, unlike most tours, we were far more immersed in the culture and land.

The Uk - Scotland Untour

This was our first unTours and we were so pleased. We drove 1500 miles and saw so much. It was nice to come back to the flat, settle in and make dinner after buying meat pies from the butcher shop or walk to one of the local restaurants for dinner. This vacation trip ranks as one of the best ever. We are grateful to unTours for making it so easy for us. We have told many people about this trip and how wonderful it was.

We had a wonderful time. Though we didn't drive too far, mostly due to the short October days, we did drive up the Fife coast to St Andrews and to Loch Katrine to cruise on the Sir Walter Scott. We used the train to Edinburgh and Glasgow as id was inexpensive and very convenient. Fun to be in a country that still has real rail service! Enjoyed the food, both old style and new. Only downside was that some historic venues had already closed for the season. We loved the friendliness of the people. The pride they have in their heritage. Their commitment to the environment. They live amidst ancient history, for which they have deep pride, but they are among the most modern-thinking people on the planet.

This was our 5th untour and 4th Swiss Heartland Untour. We had decided it would be our final one and would explore other opportunities and countries -- until we had been in the Hasliburg for about 4 days. At that point, we declared we would return in two years, as usual! We can't wait to return! Every time we return we discover different adventures, and this Untour didn't disappoint.
