In addition, we also organize transport on request for teams attending conferences.

Customer service: All clients arriving at International airports are met by a representative of the company and escorted to their hotels. They are also given briefing before commencement of their safari. After safari they are also met by our staff to get their comments and experience on the safari.

All our tour guides are certified and hold diplomas in Tours and Travel from Air Travels and Related Studies.

They are handpicked for their personal attributes; they are professional, friendly and courteous. They are trained vehicle mechanics; possess extensive route knowledge and advanced driving skills including defensive driving capabilities. They also observe high standards of personal hygiene.

Systems & Equipment:

Our vehicles are road worthy, always clean and in mint condition, they have good ground clearance for the off-road experience and are all fitted with 2-way VHF communication equipment.

Our vehicles are fitted with real-time GPS 24-hour tracking system for round the clock monitoring and accurate reporting. Further, in the event of an incident, we have reasonably timed mobile rescue unit.

The GO Ballooning Kenya equipment meets international standards and are frequently inspected and tested by the Civil Aviation Authorities.
