Editoral Review of Bicycle Adventures
Their name says it all. Bicycle Adventures is a company that specializes in guided trips for cyclists, and has for 30 years. Destinations cover much of the U.S. (including Hawaii) and parts of Canada, as well as New Zealand, Spain and Taiwan.
Unless you're an expert in bicycle mechanics, having a support van (or two) along can mean the difference between a relaxing trip and a frustrating one. And you don't have to worry about where you'll eat or stay at the end of the day; lodging and dining are generally excellent. In camping tours, guides prepare gourmet meals.
The only major region that Bicycle Adventures doesn't cover in the U.S. is the Southeast, but you'll have your choice of plenty of scenic spots to pedal in California, Oregon, South Dakota, Arizona, New York and more. Most groups are limited to 13 people, with two guides per group.

About the company
Value... that's what you get when you take a Bicycle Adventures tour. First-class lodging and dining, top-quality bicycles, full van support, regional expertise, outstanding guides. All combined to give you a fun, active, safe, scenic, and absolutely care-free vacation.
Most of tours have a maximum of 13 guests with two tour leaders. This allows us to dine and stay in some exclusive locations. Occasionally, we will run groups up 18 or 24 people. This is rare but when we do we also double the support by adding a second van and two more tour guides, essentially running two trips simultaneously. This way we are able to continue to provide outstanding personal service.
