We offer the widest range of small group tours in North America, along with adventures through Central and South America. With more than 60 exciting itineraries, you can experience epic journeys through the national parks of the west and northwest, celebrate the musical and historical regions of the south, delve into cowboy life on a traditional ranch stay, walk in the Canadian Rockies or raft the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.

Small groups

With a maximum group size of just 13 on most tours, it feels more like travelling with friends than being on an organised tour. Our groups are made up of singles, couples and friends from all around the world. You'll meet like-minded people where everyone is guaranteed to share a passion for travel and discovery, and a small group will allow you to get further off the tourist trails for a more intimate experience.

Highly trained & experienced tour leaders

Our Tour Leaders are chosen for their professionalism, unbridled passion to explore and a desire to share in the experience. They have hiked hundreds of miles of national park trails, slept under the stars and done almost every activity there is, and are keen to introduce you to the places that they call home. Our Tour Leaders will get you from A to B, organise activities and no doubt show you secret spots along the way. Ultimately they are there to make sure you get the most out of your adventure

Tours to suit you

Most of our tours include a mix of activities, culture, wildlife and sightseeing, so you get a little bit of everything, but we also offer a range of dedicated tours for those who want to focus on a particular activity. Specialist tour types include walking, family discovery, wildlife, rail journeys and rafting. You can also choose the comfort level for you, so it's up to you whether you'd prefer to camp in the great outdoors or sleep with a roof over your head.

Small groups of like-minded travellers

We offer small group tours, made up of singles, couples and friends from all around the world. With a maximum group size of just 13 on most tours it feels more like travelling with friends than being on an organised tour. You'll meet like-minded people where everyone is guaranteed to share a passion for travel and discovery, and a small group will allow you to get further off the tourist trails for a more intimate experience.

Our tours are aimed at people of all ages, although most of our travellers are aged between 25 and 55, but with previous travellers aged from eight to eighty, we believe that age is most definitely just a number. We also offer dedicated tours for families with children aged 8+.

No Single Supplements

You won't pay a single supplement when you travel with us as a solo traveller; you'll share a room or tent with a fellow group member of the same gender. If you'd prefer your own space you can choose our Optional Solo Sleeper and pay a little extra to have a room or tent to yourself.

A choice of accommodation

You can choose from comfortable hotel based tours where you'll stay in a range of hotels, lodges or cabins, or go for the real outdoors experience and choose from our range of classic camping tours.

Whatever trip type you choose all your accommodation and transport is included in the price of your tour. On camping trips we also include all meals whilst camping in the price of your tour, so you can eat healthily as a group at no extra cost, making it easy to budget for your trip. For nights spent in hotels, and on hotel based tours, you'll pay for meals as you go along and get the chance to sample local cuisine from Creole and Cajun to local fresh fish and seafood.
