"My trip was the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Oct 2023. The balloon fiesta was fabulous. Mike the driver was awesome. Our tour manager Jolie started out great, however, as the days passed she encourage travelers to go off on their own which changed the touring times for everyone else. The last day was a disaster, one lady was left behind because Jolie didn't do a head count. More stops were added so other people could leave the tour and go places on their own. Twice in the afternoon Jolie lost track of how many people were on the bus, she told customers to look around and report if someone was missing. She laughed on the bus intercom about how she didn't know how many people should be on the bus. A Mayflower rep stated that she was a favorite manager so nothing would be done. Most of these tours are attended by seniors, we need responsable employees to keep track of who is on the bus and who is not. She encouraged travelers to leave the tour and lost the ability to keep track of customers. Reckless..."

She embraced my 3 companions and myself with much care, protection, respect & love as senior women and affectionately referred to us as “Mama”, which gave rise to us truly adopting her as our Ghanian daughter and genuine blessings of being family. She was very kind and generous to ensure our needs where met at all times. She had an amazing and thorough knowledge of all the regions of Ghana, its different languages and cultures which provided us with much education, history and to experience the different people of Ghana in every aspect of life. There was never a concern or fear or doubt that we were truly in safe hands. Samwell, our soft spoken, warmhearted and expert driver was very meticulous in maneuvering some of the undesirable roads to give us the best comfort. I would sincerely and strongly recommend Continent Tours to anyone wishing to visit Ghana and especially for those that desire to learn their ancestry. Do your research, document what you wish to see and experience, number of days first so that Continent Tours can give you the experience of a lifetime that you will greatly appreciate with no regrets and be enthused to share with others as I do. He was incredibly knowledgeable, could spot not just the big animals everyone comes to Tanzania to see but also incredible bird, and small wildlife as well. "My wife and I spent an incredible 10 days in Kenya traveling to multiple sites (Maasai Mara, Samburu, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Lake Nakuru) on a wildlife photo safari led by Joseph. This was an amazing experience all around and as smooth as could be, from the excellent email/WhatsApp communications, being picked up at the airport, arranging for exceptional lodging and meals, bringing us back to the airport at the end of our safari, even arranging for the COVID test necessary to fly back.
