"My bestfriend and I had this AMAZING trip booked to Thailand for my 50th birthday at the end of March. We planned to travel to 3 different cities in 10 days and had excursions and tours planned for every day through EXO Travel.......then Corona hit. Needless to say, traveling to Thailand was not an option. Across the globe, international travel was restricted/halted and flights were canceled. We contacted EXO about refunding our money and they flat out refused. They were not interested in the why's, details or circumstances, it was a hard NO. We each spent $1,500 on excursions/tours with this company and they refuse to give our money back despite the fact that there's a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC going on and travel into Thailand was shut down. We couldn't get there even if we tried!!! Entry into the country is STILL shut down for tourists and yet they refuse to refund our money. They are RUDE, UNCOOPERATIVE AND FLAT OUT UNETHICAL!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP THROUGH EXO TRAVEL!"

"We had the most Magical time in Phuket and Bali what a magical time we had visiting Phi Phi, James Bond and other islands islands the tiger sanctuary was such an experience - really nice Our guides in Bali Ade and driver Rebok though were the absolute best, We had the time of our lives, they were the friendliest most helpful team we had I cant think Ade enough for all the help and patience she had.
