"My favourite travel agent for SE Asia. Thuong was kind and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival at our hotel, and made sure our 10 day tour, North to South Vietnam, was perfect. We added a trip to Laos and Seam Reap....no problem. Swallow organised everything for us, whatever we wanted. A couple of years later, I contacted Thuong for another holiday, this time to Northern Vietnam, the Sapa regions. This was stunning, and the hotels she chose were so beautiful. "I decided to book with My Way Travel because I wanted an experienced travel agency to provide a tailored and safe experience for my elderly parents and toddler son. It was a little rocky to begin with as I discovered that our flights were booked with names in the reversed order (first names were entered in as last names and vice versa). When I discovered this error months before our travel date, I notified the travel agent and was told that everything was corrected (this is after all, his profession and responsibility). To my shock, as my entire family and I were at the airport at 4AM, we discovered that we could not board our flight because of this error. I was at the airline counter for over 2 hours as we called the travel agent, the airline, and anyone else we could to try to have this error corrected. It was an awful feeling seeing the time tick down and there was nothing that we could to do salvage our first international trip since our son was born. Even the people said to me "I would be in tears if I were you". This was an awful experience that I don't wish upon anyone. The only remedy that was offered was a credit to use for a future booking. If you can imagine all the money that was spent on an international flight and travel itinerary for 5 people, this was not cheap, and I'm still trying to get my money back in 3 months later. Warning to all prospective clients: This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this company. It looked like they received great reviews, but they have no good reviews in recent years."

"We took a cycling tour with Son from 8am-5pm. He was such a great guide, telling us introductions and he knows the history very well! He delivered the stories fluently and guided us through the temples. Please ask for Son when booking with them. It is such an experience! I would recommend anyone taking this tour, make sure you are fit and moderately expert in cycling and navigating your bike"

"Our trip was run almost flawlessly. From airport pickup in Hanoi to airport drop off in Siem Reap. I normally travel by myself and do tours quite different from this. So I had many questions and Mike Hung promptly answered them all. Any discrepancies were quickly worked out with him. For my fiancee and her son, this was a first in a lifetime vacation and she was very nervous about many things. So it helped tremendously that drivers were there for us at the airports, we were picked up promptly each day and all of the hotels were ready for us. All of our guides were fantastic and we enjoyed our conversations with them. And what really impressed me was the day our tour ran late due to traffic in Hanoi. We arrived at Cu Chi at about the time our tour should have been over. That conflicted with lunch which was included in our tour. GoAsia gave us the option of having our meal in Hanoi instead of a rushed lunch at Cu Chi. Mike also met with us in Hanoi and made suggetions on options we might like. We paid for the options which afforded us a day to sleep in late in Phnom Pehn and got to experience sunrise at Angkor Wat. There was some confusion upon arrival in Siem Reap because of the changes in our itenirary that MIke quickly resolved. I highly recommend GoAsia."

"I had an amazing time on the Costa Rica starter trip. This was my first time traveling solo and U30X was a great way for me to safely see another part of the world and meet new people.
