"Overall very good experience. Reservations were made and places were as advertised. There was a daily itinerary with more than you could do every day, so it was up to you to pick and chose, depending on your inclination and interests. This is not a "guided tour" where you just show up and all decisions are made for you, but an "interactive" vacation. It allowed us the flexibility to change the type of activities depending on the weather or if a certain type of activity was not turn out to our liking. An overall great way to see Iceland."

"They are just great!!! They have a no-nonsense ambience. The Dormitory is adequate, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, homely and had a good variety. We were a family with people from all are groups. They took care of every individual needs. Our aged mother was made very comfortable, and they arranged a chair for her at every activity area. "We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Gianni who organised a private tour of the Le Marche region for my husband and I. Arriving in Ascoli Piceno from Rome we relaxed into our 16c Hotel Palazzo with beautiful frescoes and a historic court yard, setting the scene for the historical sights and unique experiences ahead. Riccardo was our local guide, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his region. We travelled with ease to Pesaro, Urbino, San Marino, San Leo, Gradara sampling local produce and wines along the way. Travelling this way enabled spontaneity (we turned left, had a beautiful lunch in a country restaurant with a cellar that was built into a cave just below Mussolini’s hotel room!) and in each city Riccardo knew to inform my husband of the local caffe corretto inc., caffe Meletti, Moretta Fanese, Completo etc., We really enjoyed every day and evening - thank you !"
