I was the last foreigner this agency received as they closed borders in India!... the truth is that super well everything, helped me a lot and solved problems that were coming out during the journey like closing points of interest, museums, restaurants, Etc! The guides I had amazing, spoke very well Spanish and English... Mohsin, the driver I had for the longest driving very well and was very kind! "BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has a policy that if THEY cancel your trip…THEY get to keep your money and you get a credit the company. They cancelled my first trip..found out the hard way about their policy. Booked a trip…then had left over money so booked another…which they cancelled…again. Surprisingly…this time they offered a refund, but only gave me back the money I had put down…not what was left of “my credit”. So now I am forced to do business with a company I no longer wish to, that picks and chooses when to follow their own policy!! There are plenty of other travel agencies with similar tours…don’t give these guys your hard earned money for them to keep."

"Just got back from an incredible adventure. Bhutan was more than I could have ever expected. There was an abundance of good travel karma throughout the trip. The guide, Bhim, was great, very accommodating, and personalized the trip in many amazing ways, and though him I got to know the people and the culture close up and personal. The whole thing went off without a hitch. Bhutan was the most amazing place I have ever been."

"As much as I was looking forward to this trip, I have issues with our tour. The biggest was the tour vans we spent a lot of our time in. We had trouble being able to see out of the windows as the vans seat sat so low one could not see well over seats in front of us. My friend is quite tall and had to recline just to be able to see out of the windows. There were very nice vans in all three countries that we saw, so it’s time for an upgrade. They were uncomfortable as well. Sadly, this was the case in all three countries we visited. The second was that our itinerary was changed and deleted some of the very tours we were excited to see. Out tour guide told us not to be mad at him, he was just following the guide he was given. I would say that accommodations were great, the guides were lovely people. I doubt we will use your company again as we did pay a lot of money and did not get what we paid for. :("
