The home-stay was located in the proximity of another cliff monastery on a smaller scale to Tigers Nest. "I have the best time of my life. My Guide Jivan was a true professional and a great man. He was very knowledgeable and patient and a perfect fit for me. I would never hike in this region without him. He knew everyone and I could tell that the other guides and tea house owners all thought very highly of him. I can't say enough good things about him. In my opinion, he is the BEST!!!. The porter also did a wonderful job, always smiling and right to the end he even carried my duffle to the airport twice in Lukla because our flight was delayed.
