Our trip was designed just for the two of us and was a total of 25 days. Constance was always available and easy to work with. She planned our trip perfectly and everything went flawlessly. All of the transports and optional excursions were prompt for pickup. The guides spoke good English and very knowledgeable. While on our trip we reached out to Constance to book an additional excursion for the following day which she promptly completed. "All of the quasar elements were very well organized and top quality. Diane's recommendations for pre and post trip excursions were very enjoyable and the guides and drivers were exceptional. I especially enjoyed the express customs clearance after a long travelling day. The Grace ship and crew were excellent, I really enjoyed the meals. To have such an excellent chef for only 16 passengers was a treat. The naturalist/guides on board were very professional and helpful and we especially appreciated Monica. The bar was not always manned, if there is a way to increase the coverage, that would be good. We were told there was a buzzer to summon the bartender but I did not find it."

"I worked with Garvey to plan my dream trip to Patagonia. It was a two-week trip, we started in Buenos Aires, took the Australis cruise through the Tierra del Fuego fjords, visited Torres del Paine staying at the Explora Lodge and ended the trip in Santiago. All of the guides that Garvey arranged for excursions were excellent. Garvey managed the travel logistics between the different locations so that our experience in South America was seamless. Overall Lost World Adventures was a great travel agent for us. I had worked with this company previously for a trip to visit Angel Falls in Venezuela and hike the Machu Picchu trail in Peru, which was also fantastic."
