What travelers are saying

"Hello , first there is no airport transfer at all as they mentioned in the trip program , no one waited us at the airport as they mentioned that we should provide them with the flight schedule but unfortunately they neglected this service for arrivals and for departures as well , the level of the hotel in Lyon is under expected maybe 2 stars , the hotels are somewhat away from the city center which makes the transportation for the clients cost more and waste of time , the guide was very quick in her steps without even looking at the families and children and not being able to follow her . Rather , she was even quick to finish the designated program , such as presenting a program that was supposed to be for tomorrow and presenting it without justification , making one day crowded with her program and the second day on the contrary i.e there may be only one visit as it happened in changing visiting Eifel tower although it was late afternoon and the line was so crowded that took around 2 hours waited in line in order to gets tickets for the whole group while it was supposed to be on the 2nd day with scène river cruise , the stoppage in some cities as Geneva needs more than only 2 hours time while stoppage in between the cities in the rural area needs less than that time gave it to us .no flexibility in changing the program after booking even for a more advanced and valued trips ( changing not cancelling ) , it must be a meeting prepared for the group in a lobby of the hotel the night before or even if 1 hour before getting into the buses as a type of acquaintance and introduction between the members of the group ."

What travelers are saying

"Absolutely superb trip. I would put this tour up there with the best I have ever done. The scenery is otherworldly and travelling in a small group (a driver, an English-speaking guide and 5 tourists) is perfect. Would recommend to everyone who considering doing this. Yes, the accommodation is basic, it gets very cold at night (I was there in early October) and there are a couple of very early starts, but it is all part of the adventure! I only have 2 negative comments: 1. Our guide was in a bad mood on the final day (we had our suspicions as to why this might be, but they were only suspicions, so it wouldn’t be right to mention them here) and was quite rude to the whole group – in particular to the 2 Swiss people, for no reason whatsoever. 2. Our guide insisted on taking the salt flats perspective photos with our phones – because “it is too complicated with cameras”, but this means we got rubbish photos, with either the foreground or the background out of focus. (My advice is to use your camera. Set it on aperture priority and use a high f-stop number – at least 9 – and set your focus to ‘wide’, not ‘centre’. Finally, don’t put the camera too close to whatever is in the foreground and don’t zoom. (OK, maybe he was right – that does sound a bit complicated, but if you do it right, you’ll get amazing photos!) Finally, I’m glad I’d spent 3 days in San Pedro to acclimatise before doing this tour, as the altitude didn’t affect me at all. Anyway, book this tour – you won’t regret it."

What travelers are saying

"We loved our entire trip! It was so nice to have everything taken care of (transfers, etc) which all went very smoothly. You did an awesome job coordinating it all. To begin, we fell in love with Cusco. We wish that we had gone a day earlier to spend more time there but we really enjoyed the limited time that we had. I would highly recommend the full day Sacred Valley Tour as it gave a great overview of the Inca history and we saw some amazing ruins. German Dario (poor guy was stuck with us for days!) was very knowledgeable and proud of the history. The hotel in Cusco suited our needs perfectly. The trek was truly incredible! As you know, we ended up with a "private" trek which was nice. I don't think that there is anything that I would have changed about this part of the trip. The porters, cook, equipment, etc were all great. I would highly recommend doing the trek vs just going to Machu Picchu as the journey makes it so much more meaningful. The Eclipse was the perfect boat for us. We had a lower naturalist to tourist ratio and the four naturalists were very experienced and good. The ship had a lot of amenities including a nice outdoor dining deck. The food, service, hospitality, etc were all exceptional. We loved the Galapagos and would have loved to have stayed longer. We enjoyed a city tour in Quito on our last day. Y'all are the best! Thanks for everything!!"
