Our trip was designed just for the two of us and was a total of 25 days. Constance was always available and easy to work with. She planned our trip perfectly and everything went flawlessly. All of the transports and optional excursions were prompt for pickup. The guides spoke good English and very knowledgeable. While on our trip we reached out to Constance to book an additional excursion for the following day which she promptly completed. "A really difficult company to communicate with, slow to respond and not able to accept accountability for poor service. Used Tee Travel in Spain which was even worse. Not able to organize support or assistance and harassed me about luggage that wasn't mine. There were other walkers who appeared to have more support and assistance from their travel providers. Definitely avoid this company as overpriced and no actual service."

"Absolutely superb trip. I would put this tour up there with the best I have ever done. The scenery is otherworldly and travelling in a small group (a driver, an English-speaking guide and 5 tourists) is perfect. Would recommend to everyone who considering doing this. Yes, the accommodation is basic, it gets very cold at night (I was there in early October) and there are a couple of very early starts, but it is all part of the adventure! I only have 2 negative comments: 1. Our guide was in a bad mood on the final day (we had our suspicions as to why this might be, but they were only suspicions, so it wouldn’t be right to mention them here) and was quite rude to the whole group – in particular to the 2 Swiss people, for no reason whatsoever. 2. Our guide insisted on taking the salt flats perspective photos with our phones – because “it is too complicated with cameras”, but this means we got rubbish photos, with either the foreground or the background out of focus. (My advice is to use your camera. Set it on aperture priority and use a high f-stop number – at least 9 – and set your focus to ‘wide’, not ‘centre’. Finally, don’t put the camera too close to whatever is in the foreground and don’t zoom. (OK, maybe he was right – that does sound a bit complicated, but if you do it right, you’ll get amazing photos!) Finally, I’m glad I’d spent 3 days in San Pedro to acclimatise before doing this tour, as the altitude didn’t affect me at all. Anyway, book this tour – you won’t regret it."

"My husband and I booked a trip with Why Jordan Tours in February. Working with Ahmad, to plan the trip, was a great experience. We communicated via email and he was always very quick getting back to me with any questions I had. On our arrival in Jordan, we were greeted by a representative who brought us to our driver. Our driver, Mohammad, gave us his phone number. This way we were able to communicate with him, via What's App, if we had any questions or concerns. Mohammad was excellent and did everything to ensure we had a great time visiting the sights he drove us to. We visited Amman, Jerash, Mt. Nebo, Madaba, Little Petra, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Bethany, and the Dead Sea. All the guided tours booked for us were excellent. It was very nice having either Mohammad, or a tour guide for the area we were visiting, buy our tickets and get us into the sites. The hotels booked by Ahmad were all very nice and the night we spent in the Wadi Rum Camp was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Why Jordan Tours for your travels in Jordan.
