We enjoyed every day, hotels, food and especially the guides, Ayumi especially. The itinerary was first class and we even managed to travel between towns on our own. Tickets, routes, and guidelines were clear and easy to follow. The only time we got lost was trying to get out of Tokyo station. Once again, thanks."

"Normally, I don't feel like writing reviews, but I felt compelled to do it for Athens Insiders. I made the decision to travel to Athens in the summer of 2012 in order to avoid the commotion that was predicted to result from the Queen's jubilee. As usual, my work kept me busy right up to the last minute, so I ran out of time to do anything fun for my week-long trip. I learned about this young group of tour guides for Athens and its vicinity from a friend. I had a wonderful experience. I got in touch with Daphne, who gave me email recommendations for Athens attractions to see, inquired about my preferences for local cuisine, and then devised an itinerary for my trip. In addition to visiting the typical suspects in Athens (Acropolis, etc.), I also chose to travel to Delhi and spend a night at a campground there. And I had a great time, honestly. We visited the attractions when there were few visitors and spent the busiest times outside of Athens rather than being herded around like cattle. I was taken to incredible tiny eateries (the well-known tavernas), marketplaces, and other regional shops."

"I booked a trip using travelstride with G Adventure, 2 days before my planned travel date, I got an email from Travelstride that there was an error in the price and I have to pay an extra 370$, otherwise I can get a refund. Because it was only 2 days from my planned travel date, I couldn't argue or change my plan and I had to pay the extra money. When I met the group I was surprised to know that what I originaly paid without the extra 370$ was already 400$ more that what others had paid for the same trip. In addition to that my room mate didn't maintain any hygiene standards in the room and didn't even respond to greeting. When I told G Adventure about it, they said that I need to communicate with him and open my heart and they can't do anything about it!!!! So please don't book with them and if you happen to book with them, then please ensure that you are paying half the advertised price."

Starting with a brief intro to Thailand with professional friendly experienced guides Koi, Tri and the fab support Team (Bus driver, cycle team-always smiling and helpful!) travelling through the local back streets of Bangok and the waterways around the city, seeing the impressive Temples and Grand Palace through to the border of Cambodia. This is where we met are new guides Sum (bursting with enthusiasm, knowledge and fun), Seda (knowledgeable, humble and kind) and another great support Team (Bus Driver, cycle supporters-smiling and helpful) our guides provided an amazing insight into the kind and humble people of Cambodia, the interesting culture and history, with beautiful scenery and impressive historical sites of the Angkor's temples onto the border of the Vietnamese Mekong River Delta.
