The customer care was poor, cabins not cleaned, boat broke down, we did not get to the outer Hebrides- instead travelling up and down the Scottish coast. We felt unsafe on the tender - receiving help from the RNLI on one occasion. We hardly slept on the hard beds. Overall. Would not recommend to anyone"
