The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. In the event you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation made over 60-days prior to departure date – your deposit and any pre-paid trip expenses (flights, permits etc.)
Cancellation between 60 and 30-days of departure date – 50% of your invoice total on all trips apart from the ‘Manuka’
Cancellation of the ‘Manuka’ trip between 100 and 30-days of departure date – 50% of invoice total
Cancellation of any trip 30-days or less prior to departure date – 100% of your invoice total
A cancellation will be effective from when Active Adventures receive written notification of the cancellation. This cancellation policy includes voluntary or involuntary early departure from a trip. No refunds will be given for missed or unused services such as accommodation, activities or meals. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance that will cover cancellation fees at the time of booking.
