Itinerary
Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Marrakesh. Upon arrival into Marrakesh you'll be met at the airport and driven to your riad.
Today your private guide will take you around the vibrant city of Marrakesh. Highlights include the beautiful Saadien Tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Koutoubia Mosque.
This morning you leave Marrakesh behind and head up into the tranquil High Atlas Mountains. You will be met by your guide at the Kasbah du Toubkal for the full day trek to Toubkal Lodge. After arriving at the lodge, relax, whilst dinner is prepared for you.
Enjoy a wonderful trek in the mountains today. Cross the Azzaden River bed to reach the village of Tizi iZggar on the opposite side of the valley. Enjoy mint tea with a local Berber family, before returning to the lodge via some traditional villages. You have your own guide so you are able to go at your own pace.
After watching the sun rise over the mountains, you return downhill to Kasbah du Toubkal where you can spend the afternoon relaxing, or explore the village further.
Today is at leisure to do as you please. There are self guided hikes around the hotel, or maybe visit some of the local Berber villages.
Your driver will pick you up for the transfer to Marrakesh Airport for your return flight. Your return flight will arrive the same day.
