Itinerary
Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Sydney.
On-board your international outbound flight to Sydney.
Arriving in Sydney, you're met by an Audley representative and driven to your hotel by private transfer. You'll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to a heliport before embarking on a 30 minute shared scenic flight. You'll fly over the coastline and the city, over the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Tea and coffee is served after landing and you'll be dropped off back at your hotel.
Today you will have a full day exploring Sydney, learning about the city's history and visiting a number of key highlights including Bondi Beach, the historic Rocks area, the leafy suburb of Manly and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Today you will enjoy a boutique guided tour of the Blue Mountains in a smart 4WD. Spend time exploring the flora, fauna, culture and history of this wonderful region. This small and exclusive tour offers a wonderful experience away from the crowds and is a great way to experience this beautiful area. Lunch is served at a private look out where you can enjoy some incredible views.
This morning you will fly to Cairns, landing around midday. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the luxurious Thala Beach Lodge, on the coast just south of Port Douglas. Spend the rest of the afternoon simply relaxing in the beautiful surroundings or explore at your leisure.
Today you will head into the ancient Daintree rainforest where you will learn about aboriginal bush food and medicines, look for saltwater crocodiles on the Daintree River and travel to the stunning Cape Tribulation lookout- the point where the Great Barrier Reef meets the rainforest.
This morning you will head out on a luxury sailing catamaran to the low isles of the Great Barrier Reef. Explore the incredible marine life within the worldâs largest reef as you snorkel among the corals, or relax on board a glass bottom boat and enjoy the underwater show. Lunch and other light refreshments will be served on board.
Today will be a final full day to relax on the beach or perhaps try your hand at some waters ports if you wish. In the evening you'll enjoy a sunset cruise, a fitting end to your stay here.

After a leisurely start this morning you will fly to Melbourne for the final section of your trip, arriving in the late afternoon. The rest of the day will be yours to spend at leisure and explore this vibrant city. We are more than happy to provide you with a list of recommended restaurants in the area and make any advance reservations for you should you wish.
Melbourne's café and restaurant culture is considered the best in Australia, and this morning you will have the opportunity to discover some of the city's hidden gems! Your tour guide will take you through Melbourne, highlighting the history of the city and eluding to some of the city's more renowned restaurants and bars while pointing out regions that would fit you best to visit.
Today you will enjoy a Champagne breakfast and hot air balloon flight over the Yarra Valley. The rest of the day will be spent exploring the area's unique artisan and wildlife heritage along with visiting a number of vineyards. A gourmet lunch is also included at either the Oak Ridge or Tarrawarra Estate winery.
This morning you will be transferred to Melbourne airport for your onward flights.
Arrive home today to complete your journey.
