Cancellation of Tours by Passenger
If a client wishes to cancel a tour once booked, the following cancellation charges will apply.
Length of Time Before Departure and Cancellation Charges
98 days or more before departure will be Loss of deposit
97 days - 75 days is 50% of Tour Cost
74 days - 50 days is 75% of Tour Cost
49 days - 0 days will be 100% of Tour Cost
All cancellations must be in writing and signed by the client, and received and acknowledged by Bush tracks. Cancellations are effective as of the date of the postmark of the written notice. Additionally, cancellation charges for some custom trips may vary and are available on request.
